Podcast Caramuel – Años 60 Sudamérica y España

Este podcast es una especie de hermanamiento entre dos programas radiofónicos. Una singular selección musical por Gustavo desde Mar de Plata, Argentina y Eva de Caramuel desde Radio Kolor Cuenca, España. Similares gustos musicales nos llevan a hacer un programa en común. A pesar de la distancia, un programa muy cercano y repleto de grandes bandas de los años 60 de América Latina y España.

En el podcast se habla del servicio militar que tantos grupos musicales desgajó. El carácter obligatorio de la mili terminó en España en 2001.

Eddie Piller, DJ británico presentador de programas de radio, fundador y director de Acid Jazz Records y cofundador del fanzine de Mod Revival Extraordinary  Sensations, ha publicado en 2022 una recopilación de cien temas, que mezcla grupos de referencia, como Small Faces, The High Numbers, The Action, The Fleur De Lys con futuras estrellas David Bowie, Rod Stewart, Elton John, Marc Bolan y bandas raras, bajo el título British Mod Sounds of the 1960s, que refleja la variedad de sonidos que recoge el término Mod.
